Public reporting in September 2026 described an upcoming CENTEXS Commercial Packaging Centre developed with Old Kuching Smart Heritage (OKSHe). The planned support includes packaging, OEM-related processing, shelf-life assessment, food-safety and certification guidance, promotional support and routes to retail or exhibition exposure.

CENTEXS Commercial has used physical and digital channels to improve the visibility of Sarawak-made products. The Sense of Malaysia outlet at Kuching International Airport is one example of that market-access approach.
